Just a quickie today–we have a lot going on around here. Delaney’s flying to Houston to visit a friend, and my sister’s in town, visiting at my brother’s house, so I have this constant stream of text messages coming into my phone from various people.
But when I get through the chaotic parts of today, I have every intention of baking a little something–probably something fruity, since I have some blueberries in the refrigerator. I got these 7-inch pie plates a couple of weeks ago, and I’ve been dying to try them out. I got the idea from Anna at Cookie Madness; you know I love anything that helps us manage portion size. I ordered two of them, from Amazon.
What I didn’t expect was how darned cute they are. I’ll let you know what I wind up baking in them . . .
